RETURNS

Because we are a very small business selling mainly handmade goods, we do not currently accept returns. If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact me at marissa@hernandesignco.com and I can do that for you.

Though we do not accept returns, I want you to feel good about your purchase! If any items were damaged in transit, or if clay earrings become broken within 1 year of you purchasing them, I will replace them for free! Please contact me if either of those issues occur! (marissa@hernandesignco.com)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
